The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that 100,000 Americans die yearly and 2.1 million are injured because of adverse reactions to prescription drugs. The American Civil Liberties Union is filing a lawsuit on behalf of 20 students the group says were recently terrorized by an armed raid at a South Carolina high school.
